Nyk's Naks – Party & Events Planning

Welcome to Nyk's Naks! By booking our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

Client: The individual or entity booking services from Nyk's Naks.
Company: Nyk's Naks, the party and event planning service provider.
Services: Event planning, coordination, decoration, rentals, and related services.

2. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of [50]% is required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be made at least [3] days before the event date.
Payments can be made via [Cash, Bank Transfer or card payment].
Late payments may result in additional charges or cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made [14] days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than [14] days before the event.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Event Changes & Modifications

Any changes to the event details must be requested at least [14] days before the event.
Changes may be subject to additional costs.

5. Liability & Damages

Nyk's Naks is not responsible for weather conditions, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the event.
Clients are responsible for any damages or loss of rental items.
The Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring at the event.

6. Third-Party Vendors

Nyk's Naks may collaborate with third-party vendors for services such as catering, entertainment, and rentals.
The Company is not liable for any disputes or service issues with third-party vendors.

7. Photography & Marketing

Nyk's Naks may take photos/videos of the event for marketing purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

8. Force Majeure

Nyk's Naks is not liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of [United Kingdom]. Any disputes shall be settled through mediation or legal proceedings in [County Court].
